Rhys is a local resident who first became interested in Osteopathy as a competitive cyclist & soccer player. While his passion lies in treatment and prevention of sports injuries, his approach is not limited to this having successfully treated many other problems including joint and back pain, poor posture and headaches.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Osteopathy from the University of Western Sydney. During his time at University he gained practical experience working as a massage therapist for several accomplished osteopaths.
He is a member of the Australian Osteopath Association, and the Osteopaths Registration Board.
His has a firm belief that people are in control of their own wellbeing, and enjoys working with them to achieve their goals.

John has worked as a massage therapist in Sydney for many years. In that time he has treated patients with a wide variety of complaints and has an excellent track record for successful treatment of 'problem' presentations that have not responded to previous treatment.
John treats conditions ranging from every day complaint such as back pain, neck pain and headaches through to complicated structural & functional problems. This is an ability which has enabled John to treat many high profile patients such is members of there Australian men's & women's hockey team, women's soccer team, netballers, sotballers, swimmers, international level triathlete & prominent NRL footballers.

Samantha Moseley ~ Counselling & Kinesiology

Samantha’s former life in teaching and then working for Qantas as a flight attendant gave her the opportunity to study and dedicate her life to explore her interest in what makes people successful and live with passion. It is her belief that we need to deal with the core issues of what really holds us before we can really reach our true potential to live the life we dream.
Samantha has been working as a kinesiologist for 4 years. She also runs Art Therapy workshops. Finishing her studies at the College of Complimentary Medicine she also taught there as a tutor.
Samantha Perri ~ Exercise Physiology

Samantha is a wholly qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She graduated From the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. She continues her passion in this field by currently studying a Masters degree inPhysiotherapy at Sydney University. Samantha is a trained Pilates Instructor, not to mention a qualified fitness instructor and continues to addto this growing list of credentials. She is a member of the Exercise and Sport Science Australia Association and is registeredwith medicare, workcover and all major health funds.
Her strength and passion involves a commitment to dealing with musculoskeletal injuries and lower back pain, furthermore, she is involved with cardiac, neurological, chronic disease and illness, posture and core strengthening and sports injury rehabilitation.
Samantha prides herself in helping others achieve their goals and delights in seeing her clients return to better heath and fitness.
